About Me
I have over 19 years experience in digital photography with a wide ranging repertoire extending across weddings, sport, music, landscapes, local events and portraits.
Weddings
In recent years my weddings catalogue has grown steadily – hence the need to formalise my approach and make it easier for customers to get in touch. Feedback from wedding couples and their families has been first class –it gives me great pleasure to ensure that such a special day is expertly captured.
Sport
I have been the official club photographer at Linlithgow Rose FC since I first developed the club’s website shortly before the Millenium. In that time, I’ve amassed a huge catalogue of images which track the highs and lows of my local team. From there I moved into professional football where I spent a number of years working on a freelance contract for SNS Group – Scotland’s largest visual communications agency. The role took me from sparsely attended lower league matches to Champions League nights in Glasgow – each with their own story to tell.
Music
I am an accredited photographer at Linlithgow’s music festival, Party at the Palace as well as covering a wide range of rock music events around the UK and Europe for Rockfiend Publications.
Landscapes
Living in Linlithgow offers access to some of Scotland’s most stunning views right on my doorstep. Whether it’s a summer’s evening at the side of Linlithgow Loch or Linlithgow Palace in the snow, the town offers up fantastic scope to capture its soul on camera.
Local Events
I am a member of Linlithgow’s Deacon’s Court – the body which oversees the organisation and running of the town’s historic Riding of the Marches. I am the primary accredited photographer for Linlithgow’s big day as well as the events leading up to the first Tuesday after the second Thursday in June. I have covered Linlithgow Gala Day extensively as well as many other local events such as the Linlithgow 10k or the Cycle Scotland event which passes through the town each September.

Portraits
In recent years, I have run a range of Portraits events at key times such as Mother’s Day or Christmas producing crystal clear images of a much loved youngster of an extended family as an ideal gift or accompaniment to cards going all over the world.
